Notification to Centrelink. Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of employee, the employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible, giving relevant information including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of more than 15 employees due to redundancy, the employer shall notify CentreLink thereof as soon as possible, giving relevant information including a written statement of the reasons for the terminations, the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of 15 or more employees on account of redundancy, G4S shall notify Centrelink as soon as possible, giving relevant information including a written statement of reason(s) for the termination(s), the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the termination(s) are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate employees on the grounds of redundancy ICC shall notify Centrelink of the decision as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate 15 or more employees in the circumstances outlined in clause 16.4, the Synod must notify Centrelink as soon as possible giving relevant information, including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of team members, on account of redundancy, the Company shall notify the CentreLink thereof as soon as possible, giving relevant information including a written statement of the reason(s) for the termination(s), the number and the categories of the team members likely to be affected, and the period over which the termination(s) are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of an employee/s on account of redundancy, CCSA must notify Centrelink accordingly as soon as possible, giving relevant information including: o a written statement of the reason/s for the termination/s; o the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected; and o the period over which the termination/s are intended to be carried out.
