Common use of Unusual Occurrence Report Form Clause in Contracts

Unusual Occurrence Report Form. If the matter is not resolved to their satisfaction, the employee may complete as above an Unusual Occurrence Report Form within seven (7) calendar days of their discussion with the Manager.
