Up Grade. The Bank shall reserve the right to change at any time and at its sole discretion the specifications of any required device, hardware or equipment in relation to the Services, if any. In the event that the Customer fails to meet the demand of the Bank in association with the changes of the specification, the Bank shall have the right to refuse to execute the Instructions and shall have the right to terminate the License as well as the use of and access to the relevant Services by the Customer.

  • Voice Grade Either an analog signal of 300 to 3000 Hz or a digital signal of 56/64 kilobits per second. When referring to digital Voice Grade service (a 56-64 kbps channel), the terms "DS0" or "sub-DS1" may also be used.
