Update of Exhibits. From and after the date hereof and up to the Closing Date, the parties hereto shall update the exhibits to this Agreement to the extent necessary to make such exhibits true and accurate as of the Closing Date and shall deliver copies of such updated exhibits to Purchaser or Seller, as the case may be, immediately upon their preparation.
Update of Exhibits. DE shall have furnished to THI as Exhibit 10.18, immediately prior to the Closing Date, an amendment to the Exhibits to this Agreement which shall update as of the Closing Date all information specifically required to be contained in the Exhibits as of the date hereof together with complete originals or copies of the documents of the kinds referred to in Section 1.2 which have come into existence between the date hereof and the Closing Date, and the information supplied in the amendment to the Exhibits shall not show the incorrectness or untruthfulness or lack of completeness in any respect of any representation or warranty made by DE as of the date hereof or as of the Closing Date, or the breach of any agreement, covenant or condition required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by DE prior to the Closing Date.
Update of Exhibits. Exhibit IV to the Existing Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth in Annex A to this Amendment.
Update of Exhibits. The City shall, without the necessity of an amendment to this Agreement, have the right to periodically update those requirements set forth in Exhibits 1 through 7 to reflect changes in practices for similar properties or operations either at the Airport or at other Airports nationwide.

Update of Exhibits. On or before December 15, 2000, Debtor agrees to update and complete Exhibit 3.6 and provide legal descriptions acceptable to the Collateral Agent for all of the real estate listed on Exhibit 3.6 along with each of the following for each parcel of real estate listed thereon:
(a) a title report or title commitment listing all exceptions to title applicable thereto;
(b) the documentation relating to the exceptions to title described in clause (a);
(c) any available appraisal, surveys and environmental reports; and
(d) a certification relating to the parcel's flood zone classification. On or before January 15, 2001, Debtor agrees to update and complete fully all of the exhibits attached to this Agreement other than Exhibit 3.6.
Update of Exhibits. The Company shall have furnished to -------------------- Buyer as Exhibit 6.14, immediately prior to the Effective Time, an amendment to the Exhibits to this Agreement which shall update as of the Effective Time all information specifically required to be contained in the Exhibits as of the date hereof which have come into existence between the date hereof and the Effective Time, and the information supplied in the amendment to the Exhibits shall not show the incorrectness or untruthfulness or lack of completeness in any respect of any representation or warranty made by the Company as of the date hereof or as of the Effective Time, or the breach of any agreement, covenant or condition required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by the Company prior to the Effective Time.
Update of Exhibits. In the event Seller determines that any of the Exhibits listing Purchased Assets would be inaccurate or untrue as of the Closing Date, then Seller shall supplement or amend such Exhibits to correct such inaccuracy as of the Closing Date, provided that any such supplement shall only reflect changes in the ordinary course of the Business, consistent with past practices. In addition, Seller shall provide Buyer at Closing with an updated disclosure regarding Section 4.9 and the list of and aging for accounts payable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no supplement or amendment to EXHIBIT 1.3(H) shall be effective without the written consent of Buyer.
