Updated Exhibits. The Parties agree that Exhibit A is intended to list all of the Leases and Lands which are intended to be included as part of the Assets to be conveyed to Buyer hereunder. In the event that between the date of the execution of this Agreement and Closing it is determined that there are Leases and Lands that have been inadvertently omitted from or incorrectly described on Exhibit A, Seller, with the consent of Buyer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, shall be permitted to supplement Exhibit A until five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date to include those Leases and Lands which have been inadvertently omitted or incorrectly described.

Updated Exhibits. Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent supplements to (a) Exhibit G-8 (Hazardous Substances) referencing the environmental reports in respect of such Subsequent Project that were delivered to Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks pursuant to Section 3.3.14, (b) Exhibit D-6 reflecting the filings and recordings required to be made to perfect security interests in the Collateral in respect of such Subsequent Project, and (c) Exhibit K reflecting any additional or revised insurance policies or coverages required by the Insurance Consultant to account for such Subsequent Project, in each case reasonably satisfactory to the Technical Committee.
Updated Exhibits. All exhibits to this Agreement updated to a date no more than six (6) business days before the Closing Date.

Updated Exhibits. As a result of the modification of the date of Closing, it may become necessary, following the date of the Initial Closing, with respect to the Group 1 Sites and the date of the Subsequent Closings, with respect to the Group 2 Sites, for Seller to update Exhibits which are required to be delivered at Closing. The parties hereby agree to cooperate in the delivery and acceptance of such revised Exhibits following the Initial Closing and Subsequent Closings.
