Upgraded Utility Infrastructure. If Company requires infrastructure beyond what currently exists or is available to be extended to the Premises’ boundary, Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with the upgrade and installation of all such infrastructure related to its use of the Premises and to comply with all provisions required by Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, or Authority for maintaining such infrastructure.

Related to Upgraded Utility Infrastructure

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
