Upon approval of the General Manager or his or her designate, representatives of the Union shall be allowed access to the areas where employees within the scope of this Agreement are working, provided said representatives inform the General Manager, or his or her designate, of the reason for access and that such access does not interfere with the regular operation of the department or area. Employee interviews may only be held in a place designated by the General Manager or his or her designate. (b) If either party deems that the provisions of 27.06 are being abused, a mediator may be requested to inquire into and assist the parties in resolution of any issues.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Necessity for Written Approvals All approvals and decisions of the Regional Water Board under the terms of this Stipulated Order shall be communicated to the Settling Respondent in writing. No oral advice, guidance, suggestions, or comments from Regional Water Board employees or officials regarding submissions or notices shall be construed to relieve the Settling Respondent of its obligation to obtain any final written approval this Stipulated Order requires.

  • Cooperative Procurement To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that this Agreement may be used as a cooperative procurement vehicle by eligible jurisdictions. We reserve the right to negotiate and customize the terms and conditions set forth herein, including but not limited to pricing, to the scope and circumstances of that cooperative procurement.
