Upon Termination After First Year Of Employment. An employee whose employment is terminated for any reason after their first anniversary date but prior to any succeeding anniversary date shall, in addition to their final pay, receive pay in lieu of any unused vacation entitlement from the previous full anniversary year (or the applicable percentage of gross earnings, if greater) plus the applicable percentage of gross earnings in the current anniversary year to date of termination.
