Urban Indian Organizations Sample Clauses

Urban Indian Organizations. A provider which is an urban Indian organization shall not be required to obtain or maintain insurance (including professional liability insurance), provide indemnification, or guarantee that the managed care plan will be held harmless from liability to the extent the provider attests that it is covered by the FTCA. Nothing in the Managed Care Plan network provider agreement or any addendum thereto shall be interpreted to authorize or obligate such provider or any employee of such provider to perform any act outside the scope of his/her employment.
Urban Indian OrganizationsTo the extent an Indian Health Care Provider that is an urban Indian organization is covered by the FTCA pursuant to Section 224(g)-(n) of the Public Health Service Act, as amended by the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act, Public Law 104-73, (codified at 42 U.S.C. § 233(g)-(n)), 42 C.F.R. Part 6, such Indian Health Care Provider shall not be required to obtain or maintain professional liability insurance. Nothing in the MCO Provider Agreement or any addendum thereto shall be interpreted to authorize or obligate such Indian Health Care Provider or any employee of such Indian Health Care Provider to operate outside of the scope of employment of such employee. Such Indian Health Care Provider shall not be required to acquire insurance, provide indemnification, or guarantee that the MCO will be held harmless from liability.
Urban Indian OrganizationsTo the extent that any health care professional of an urban Indian organization provider is exempt from state regulation, such professional shall be deemed qualified to perform services under the MCO Provider Agreement and any addendum thereto, provided such employee is licensed to practice in any state. The parties agree that this federal law applies to the MCO Provider Agreement and any addendum thereto.
Urban Indian OrganizationsTo the extent that any health care professional of an urban Indian organization provider is exempt from state regulation, such professional shall be deemed qualified to perform services under the BHO Agreement and any addenda thereto, provided such employee is licensed to practice in any state. The parties agree that this federal law applies to the BHO Agreement and any addenda thereto.

Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • UNION ORGANIZING The Grantee, by signing this Grant Agreement, hereby acknowledges the applicability of Government Code sections 16645 through 16649 to this Grant Agreement. Furthermore, the Grantee, by signing this Grant Agreement, hereby certifies that: A. No State funds disbursed by this Grant Agreement will be used to assist, promote, or deter union organizing. B. The Grantee shall account for State funds disbursed for a specific expenditure by this Grant Agreement to show those funds were allocated to that expenditure. C. The Grantee shall, where State funds are not designated as described in (b) above, allocate, on a pro rata basis, all disbursements that support the program. D. If the Grantee makes expenditures to assist, promote, or deter union organizing, the Grantee will maintain records sufficient to show that no State funds were used for those expenditures and that the Grantee shall provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.
