U.S. Carriers. (1) Air Transportation by air of persons or property funded under the Grant Agreement shall be on U.S. flag carriers in accordance with the Fly America Act, 49 U.S.C. 40118, to the extent service by such carriers is available, as provided under applicable U.S. Government regulations.

  • Carriers The carriers (including airlines, rail and sea carriers used in association with the tours) are not responsible for statements or features in Tour Brochures. The conditions of sale of each carrier constitute a separate contract between You and the carrier and We have no responsibility in relation to contracts between You and the carriers.

  • Manufacturers Promptly after obtaining actual knowledge thereof, notice of any Manufacturer Event of Default or termination or replacement of a Manufacturer Program;

  • Insurance Carriers All PSP’s insurance shall be issued by insurance carriers authorized to do business in Texas at the time the policy is issued (and at all times during the term of this Agreement) and rated by A.M. Best Company as A-VII or better, confirmed by one or more insurance certificates conforming to the following requirements:

  • Primary Care Clinic Employees and each of their covered dependents must individually elect a primary care clinic within the network of providers offered by the plan administrator chosen by the employee. Employees and their dependents may elect to change clinics within their clinic’s Benefit Level as often as the plan administrator permits and as outlined above.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Carrier Carrier shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, at its sole expense, insurance sufficient to cover any and all damages, liability and obligations contemplated by this Agreement. If Carrier’s need for Currency exceeds the insurance limits specified below, Carrier shall increase such limits and provide verification thereof. The coverage by Carrier shall, at a minimum, provide for the following:

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

  • Note to carriers Use the above text for other than single coverage for a plan that is a high deductible health plan that could be used in conjunction with an HSA. Maximum Out of Pocket Maximum out of pocket means the annual maximum dollar amount that a Member must pay as Copayment, Deductible and Coinsurance for all Covered Services or Supplies in a Calendar Year. All amounts paid as Copayment, Deductible and Coinsurance shall count toward the Maximum Out of Pocket. Once the Maximum Out of Pocket has been reached, the Member has no further obligation to pay any amounts as Copayment, Deductible and Coinsurance for Covered Services or Supplies for the remainder of the Calendar Year. Once Members in a family meet the family Maximum Out of Pocket, no other Member in that family will be required to pay any amounts as Copayments, Deductible or Coinsurance for Covered Services and Supplies for the remainder of the Calendar Year.   • Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.

  • Client Classification 7.1. We shall not have an obligation to treat our clients in different classes depending on their knowledge and expertise.
