Supplier’s Staff definition

Supplier’s Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier and/or any Sub- Contractor to perform the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract together with the Supplier's and/or any Sub-Contractor's servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub- Contractors used in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract;
Supplier’s Staff means the personnel engaged by the Supplier to perform the Services;
Supplier’s Staff has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1; and

Examples of Supplier’s Staff in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that where such notification is made it shall be reasonable for the Authority to withhold access to the Premises from the member of Staff concerned, pursuant to Clause 3.3 (Supplier’s Staff).

  • The Supplier shall procure that Supplier’s Staff shall at all times during their engagement in the provision of the Contract Services remain servants of the Supplier and the Supplier shall not be relieved of any statutory or other responsibilities in relation to the Supplier’s Staff by virtue of this Contract.

  • The Supplier may only disclose the Authority’s Confidential Information, and any other information provided to the Supplier by the Authority in relation to this Contract, to the Supplier’s Staff or professional advisors who are directly involved in the performance of or advising on the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract.

  • The Supplier shall comply with all reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Premises and shall ensure that the Supplier’s Staff comply with such requirements.

  • The Supplier shall (and shall procure that Supplier’s Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Framework Agreement.

  • The obligations of the Parties under this Call-Off Agreement shall not be suspended, cease or be delayed by the reference of a dispute to mediation or arbitration pursuant to this Clause and the Supplier and Supplier’s Staff shall continue to comply fully with the requirements of this Call-Off Agreement at all times.

  • The Supplier is solely responsible for making good any damage to the Premises or any objects contained thereon, other than fair wear and tear, which is caused by the Supplier or Supplier’s Staff.

  • The Supplier may only disclose the Authority’s Confidential Information, and any other information provided to the Supplier by the Authority in relation to the operation of this Framework Agreement, to the Supplier’s Staff or professional advisors who are directly involved in the performance of or advising on the Supplier’s obligations under this Framework Agreement.

  • CONFLICTS OF INTEREST The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s Staff are placed in a position where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreement.

  • The Supplier may only disclose the Authority’s Confidential Information, and any other information provided to the Supplier by the Authority in relation this Contract, to the Supplier’s Staff or professional advisors who are directly involved in the performance of or advising on the Supplier’s obligations under this Contract.

Related to Supplier’s Staff

  • Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
