US Citizenship. The Borrower will at all times maintain its status as a “citizen of the United States” as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49 and as that statutory provision has been interpreted by the DOT pursuant to its policies.

US Citizenship. Any Security Party owning a United States flag Vessel ceases to be a United States of America citizen within the meaning of Section 2 of the United States Shipping Act of 1916, as amended, qualified to operate vessels in the coastwise trade; or
US Citizenship. As of the date of this Agreement and as of immediately prior to the Closing, the Company and, except as set forth on Section 3.22 of the Seller Disclosure Letter, each other Acquired Entity, is a U.S. Citizen. US Citizenship. Buyer may be required to obtain information concerning citizenship or immigrant status of Seller’s personnel or Seller’s subcontractor personnel entering the premises of Buyer. Seller agrees to furnish this information before commencement of work and at any time thereafter before substituting or adding new personnel to work on Buyer’s premises. Information submitted by Seller shall be certified by an authorized representative of Seller as being true and correct.
US Citizenship. (a) Each Vessel built by or for Seller (i) was built in the United States, (ii) is duly documented as a United States vessel under the Shipping Laws with a valid and current CG-1270, Certificate of Documentation, and (iii) is qualified to engage in the United States coastwise trade under the Shipping Laws. No Vessel was built by or for any Affiliate of Seller.
US Citizenship. Each of the Companies (and any entity in the chain of ownership of the Companies) that own and/or operate any of the Vessels in the U.S. Coastwise Trade is, and has been during any period that it has owned and/or operated such Vessels in the U.S. Coastwise Trade, a U.S. Citizen.
