Usage of Part. Time/Full-Time Personnel. The City may hire part-time (non- bargaining unit) firefighters. The City may utilize two (2) part-time firefighters to meet xxxxxxx in Section 1 at any given time, except in situations where a full-time employee is on layoff from the classification of firefighter. The Employer further agrees that part-time personnel shall minimally possess a State of Ohio Firefighter Level II Certification and State of Ohio EMT-B Card.
