  • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 The Union acknowledges that all management rights and prerogatives are vested exclusively with the Employer and without limiting the generality of the foregoing; it is the exclusive function of the Employer:

  • Stop Payment Rights If you have arranged in advance to make electronic fund transfers out of your account(s) for money you owe others, you may stop payment on preauthorized transfers from your account. You must notify us orally or in writing at any time up to three (3) business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. We may require written confirmation of the stop payment order to be made within 14 days of any oral notification. If we do not receive the written confirmation, the oral stop payment order shall cease to be binding 14 days after it has been made.   • ARTICLE MANAGEMENT RIGHTS The Union acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Company to manage the business and direct the working force, including but not limited to the following:

  • 00 - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 It is the Employer's right to operate and manage its business in all respects in accordance with its responsibilities and commitments. At the discretion of the parties, the Employer and the Union may explore through the Labor Management Committee methods of coaching, counseling or mediation to assist in the resolution of client/worker conflicts to help ensure consistent service delivery with minimal worker reassignment.

  • CSEA Rights CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement.

  • Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement."
