These rights may be exercised as long as they are pertinent and in relation to the nature of Cabin Personnel's duties and responsibilities and not inconsistent with the Collective Agreement. The Company also recognizes its duty to exercise its management rights fairly and equitably. Any of the rights, powers or authority the Company had prior to signing this Agreement will be retained by the Company, except those specifically abridged, delegated, granted or modified by this Agreement.
