Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Licensee’s Affiliates and Contractors may also use the licenses granted to Licensee, provided that (a) such use is only for Licensee’s or such Affiliate’s benefit, and (b) Licensee agrees to remain responsible for each such Affiliate’s and Contractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of the SaaS by the Affiliates, Contractors and Licensee in the aggregate must be within the License Level.
Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Customer’s Affiliates and contractors may also use the licenses granted to Customer, provided that (a) such use is only for Customer’s or such Affiliate’s benefit, and (b) Customer agrees to remain responsible for each such Affiliate’s and/or contractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of the Products by the Affiliates, contractors and Customer in the aggregate must be within the License Level.

The Affiliate rights granted in this section shall not apply to any unlimited License Level licenses unless Affiliate usage is specifically designated in the applicable Order Confirmation.
Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company’s Affiliates and Contractors may use the Products licensed to Company hereunder, provided that (a) such use is strictly limited to use for the benefit of Company; and (b) Company remains liable for the acts and omissions of, and responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by, each Affiliate and Contractor. Company agrees to provide a list of each Affiliate and Contractor that uses the Products for Company’s benefit upon Sonatype’s written request.

Use of the Products by the Affiliates, contractors and Customer in the aggregate must be within the License Level.
Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Affiliates of the Customer and contractors may use the licenses granted to the Customer, provided that (a) such use only in the interests of the Customer or the Affiliate, (b) the Customer agrees to remain liable for each member and contractor's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (c) at the request of the Customer will identify each Affiliate and contractor. The use of the Software by Affiliates, Contractors and Customers in the aggregate must be in restrictions in the relevant Order Form. An Affiliate means any entity under The Customer's control where control means ownership or right to control more than 50% of the entity's voting securities. Contractor means any third party involved by the Customer to perform services on behalf of the Customer. 1.6
Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee’s Affiliates and Contractors may use the licenses granted to Licensee, provided that (a) such use is only for Licensee’s or such Affiliate’s benefit, (b) Licensee agrees to remain responsible for each such Affiliate’s and Contractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (c) upon request Licensee will identify each such Affiliate and Contractor to Flexera Software. Use of the Software by the Affiliates, Contractors and Licensee in the aggregate must be within the License Level set forth in the applicable order confirmation. The Affiliate rights granted in this section shall not apply to any “enterprise wide” or limitless License Level licenses unless Affiliate usage is specifically designated in the applicable order confirmation.
Use by Affiliates and Contractors. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company’s Affiliates and Contractors may use the Service made available to Company hereunder, provided that (i) such use is strictly limited to use for the benefit of Company’s internal business purposes; (ii) Company remains liable for the acts and omissions of, and responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by, each Affiliate and Contractor; and
