License Level definition

License Level means the allowed level of usage of the Software licensed to Licensee in an Order Confirmation.

  • Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon Licensee’s payment of the fees shown on the invoice and acceptance of this Agreement, Flexera grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

  • Within thirty (30) days of Flexera’s request and no more than once per year, Licensee shall provide a written certification of its compliance with the applicable License Level (including usage by Affiliates and Contractors) for the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period.

  • Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Confirmation, Flexera Software grants Licensee a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

  • Each Package is licensed based upon the Metric applicable to it, and in no case may use of a Package exceed the License Level for which the Package is licensed.

License Level means the allowed level of usage of the services licensed to Licensee.
License Level means one or more product and/or service offerings, which includes a specific collection of the LEAP ND MATERIALS, that LEAP makes available to Licensee for an annual fee, the fee for which may differ based on which License Level the Licensee chooses (as described in Section 3.1). LEAP will offer no less than one License Level in each successive annual term, beginning January 1 of each calendar year. LEAP reserves the right, at its own discretion, to determine the products and/or services that comprise each License Level. These products and services may be offered as both included in the annual license fee as well as add on components for which Licensee may be required to remit additional payments. By way of example, LEAP may choose to offer Platinum, Gold, and Silver license options each requiring a different annual license fee as well as including differing enhanced options in exchange for additional payment.
License Level means the allowed level of usage of the Software licensed to Licensee in an Order. Licensee Site means any location owned or leased solely by Licensee or an Affiliate or that portion of any shared space, such as a shared data center, attributable solely to Licensee or such Affiliate, or in the instance of an employee working remotely, that location from which such employee is working while using Licensee or Affiliate-provided equipment on which the Software may be installed. Software means the object code form of software products (including any associated database content provided with or embedded within the software products) licensed to Licensee for installation at a Licensee Site as specified in an applicable Order, including any Updates to the Software provided by Flexera to Licensee. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein or in an applicable Order, Software does not include source code.
License Level means the applicable usage level for the Licensed Software as purchased by Licensee, such as the number of module instances, number of users, number of Microsoft SharePoint sites or site collections, Microsoft Office 365 tenancy, and other licensing parameters defined at time of purchase.
