Use Definitions. As used in this Agreement, the following terms related to uses of land have the following meanings:
Use Definitions. Flex Research and Development for Aerospace and Technology Uses – An establishment primarily engaged in manufacturing and development uses that involve the mechanical transformation of raw materials and previously prepared materials into new products for use in the aerospace or technology industry. This use may include researching, designing, creating, marketing, and selling products to third parties for use in the aerospace or technology industry. • Fabrication of electronic components including those processes that involve a clean room environment • Purification and refinement of precious metals for use in production of electronic components • Prototyping, testing, development and construction of development components, equipment, and/or vehicles for transportation in various modes • Testing labs for the testing of materials and engineered components • Development of virtual reality and related systems • Software development and programming of various types including development of applications • Development, fabrication and construction of parts to be incorporated into various modes of transportation including aviation and spaceflight • Development and production of avionics and telecommunications equipment • Integration of electronic components and parts through welding or similar methodologies • 3D printing or future equivalent technology for fabrication of components or parts for various applications • Office uses and support services including sales, marketing, business development, legal and the like and related uses
