Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Reseller is authorized by Empirix to use the trademarks, trade names, logos, and designations (“Trademarks”) Empirix uses for Software in connection with Reseller’s advertisement, promotion, and distribution of Software. Reseller’s use of such trademarks, trade names, logos, and designations shall be in accordance with Empirix’s policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to any trademark usage and cooperative advertising policies provided by Empirix to Reseller. Prior to any use, Reseller must submit a PDF file of the proposed use of Empirix Trademarks to Empirix for approval. Empirix will respond to such submission within five (5) business days. If Empirix does not respond within five (5) business days, the use is deemed disapproved. Reseller agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos, or designations to any Software. Reseller further agrees not to use any Empirix trademark, trade name, logo, or designation in connection with any non-Software.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Distributor is authorized by Company to use the trademarks, trade names, logos and designations Company uses for Company Products in connection with Distributor's promotion and distribution of Company Products. Distributor's use of such trademarks, trade names, logos and designations will be in accordance with Company's policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to trademark usage policies. All such use by Distributor, and the goodwill arising therefrom, shall inure to the benefit of Company. Distributor agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any Company Product. Distributor further agrees not to use any Company trademark, trade name, logo or designation in connection with any non-Company Product.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, GAS is authorized by PointRed to use the trademarks, trade names, logos and designations PointRed uses for PointRed Products in connection with GAS's advertisement, promotion and distribution of PointRed Products. GAS's use of such trademarks, trade names, logos and designations will be in accordance with PointRed's policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to trademark usage and cooperative advertising policies. GAS agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any PointRed Product. GAS further agrees not to use any PointRed trademark, trade name, logo or designation in connection with any non-PointRed Product.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, ASP Partner is authorized by Broadbase to use the trademarks, trade names, logos and designations Broadbase uses for the Products in connection with ASP Partner's advertisement, promotion and distribution of the Products. ASP Partner's use of such trademarks, trade names, logos and designations will be in accordance with Broadbase's policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to trademark usage and cooperative advertising policies. ASP Partner agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any Product. ASP Partner further agrees not to use any Broadbase trademark, trade name, logo or designation in connection with any non-Product.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Distributor is authorized by Company to use the trademarks, trade names, logos, designations and copyrights Company uses for Company Products (the “Company IP”) in connection with Distributor’s advertisement, promotion, packaging and distribution of Company Products in the Territory. Distributor shall not use any advertising, promotional, packaging or other materials for Company Products without Company’ prior written approval. Distributor’s use of the Company IP will be in accordance with Company’ policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to trademark usage and cooperative advertising policies. Distributor agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any Company Product. Distributor also agrees not to use any Company IP on any internet website or outside the Territory without the prior written approval of Company. Distributor further agrees not to use any Company IP in connection with any non-Company product. Distributor further agrees not to use or register any domain names which use or include Company IP without the prior written consent of Company. A list of Company’ current trademarks is set forth on Exhibit C to this Agreement. Exhibit C may be amended from time to time by Company by written notice to Distributor.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, WWT is authorized by FNC to use the trademarks, trade names, logos and designations FNC uses for FNC Products in connection with WWT's advertisement, promotion and distribution of FNC Products. WWT's use of such trademarks, trade names, logos and designations will be in strict accordance with FNC's policies in effect from time to time, including but not limited to trademark usage and cooperative advertising policies. WWT agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any FNC Product. WWT further agrees not to use any FNC trademark, trade name, logo or designation in connection with any non-FNC Product.
Use During Agreement. Home and DCTI each will have the right, without charge, to use in promoting Weather@Home and the @Home Service the other's business name and any tradenames, trademarks and service marks that @Home may adopt for use with the @Home Service (collectively, "@Home Marks") and that DCTI may adopt for use with Weather@Home and/or Co-branded Weather@Home (collectively, "DCTI Marks"). However, any such use must be identical to use by the party that owns the Xxxx, and as approved by the owner in writing in advance, or otherwise in accordance with any trademark usage guidelines communicated by the owner. DCTI expressly authorizes the use of DCTI Marks in connection with the outbound marketing described in Section 3(b), and will provide @Home with guidelines for how to describe/display the WeatherLabs in @Home marketing efforts.
Use During Agreement. During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, each party grants to the other a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to the other party’s trademarks (except the only RMS trademark to which rights are granted hereunder shall be the RUBBERMAID trademark), trade names, trade dress, logos and designations as part of the Signalife Products, packaging, operating manuals, warranties, disclaimers, inserts, and advertising and promotional materials and literature; provided, however, in all such cases the use such trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos and designations shall be in accordance with the Marketing Criteria. Each party agrees not to use the other party’s trademarks, trade names, logos or designations in any manner other than specified in the immediately preceding sentence, including in connection with any other products or activities.
Use During Agreement. Uroplasty agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to the CL Product without the prior written consent of CL, which shall be conditioned on CL’s approval of location, content and appearance of any proposed attachment, and further agrees not to use any CL trademark in connection with any product other than the CL Product.

Distributor agrees not to attach any additional trademarks, trade names, logos or designations to any Company Product. Distributor further agrees not to use any Company trademark, trade name, logo or designation in connection with any non-Company Product. The current Company trademarks are: (i) Synplicity; (ii) Synplify; (iii) Simply better synthesis; (iv) The fast synthesis company; and (v) the Synplicity `S', `Y', `N', blocks logo.
