Use Hours. Employees who choose to neither bank excess vacation hours or cash-in excess vacation hours will have until the next reconciliation date to use his/her excess vacation hours. The City policies on the scheduling and use of vacation hours shall apply to the use of these hours. As of the next reconciliation date, all vacation in excess of the allowable accumulation will be forfeited. Vacation from that point forward will be treated as “use it or lose it” in compliance with the amended benefits ordinance.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.
