Summer Hours. ECSE staff providing services for eligible students shall receive pro rata pay for work during the summer months with the prior written approval of the Director of Special Education.
Summer Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, excluding: Independence Day. The District will be closed on Fridays during this period.
Summer Hours means, when mandated by the District, the established working hours to be designated each calendar year.

Summer Hours. Schedule‌ 10.17.1 During the summer months, a timeframe which is mutually agreed upon, and typically the Monday following graduation extending for an eight (8) week period, the District may switch to summer hours. During the summer hour schedule, standard office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour lunch break changes to 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a thirty (30) minute lunch break. 10.17.2 The Human Resources Department will check with CEU leadership and send out an e- mail reminder to all staff concerning the summer schedule change no later than the first (1st) week in June. 10.17.3 Employees are not forced to work the summer hour schedule, but an employee must communicate with their supervisor should the employee desire to remain on their standard non-summer hour schedule.
Summer Hours means, for an EMPLOYEE who works a 40 hour week, a work day beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending 3:30 p.m., with thirty (30) minutes for lunch; and for an EMPLOYEE who works a thirty-five (35) hour week, a work day beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. with thirty (30) minutes for lunch.

Distribution/Supply hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday — Thursday, Fridays until 3:00 p.m. Office hours 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday — Thursday, Office until 12:00 noon on Fridays (time to be made up by the employees). Summer Hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day follow the above paragraph. All Treatment Operators (Prime/Plant Manager, Secondary, Treatment/Distribution, etc.) will follow a schedule made by the Superintendent/Water Treatment Manager which may include nights, weekends, and holidays in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the Treatment Facility. Current schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., second shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.. Any scheduled work weekdays after 3:30 P.M., weekend after 5:00 P.M., will receive shift differential. All employees are entitled to a one-half (½) hour lunch period. If lunch is not taken, employee is entitled to leave one-half (½) hour early.
Summer Hours. Salaried bargaining unit member will work four days per week for the weeks immediately following the last student week of school and immediately preceding the return of the teaching staff. There is one exception. The week after the 4th of July will be a three day week. Summer Hours. The Town may change the work week to permit four (4) ten (10) hour days at any time from Memorial Day to Columbus Day by providing two (2) weeks advanced notice to the employees. The work schedule for ten (10) hour days would be 6:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. with a thirty (30) minute paid lunch. Overtime - Employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their base hourly pay for all hours beyond their regular work week. For purposes of this paragraph, preference for overtime work shall be given to members according to seniority, by rotation. Overtime on specialized equipment, such as the street sweeper, will be offered to employees who are approved to operate such equipment following the above rotational list. If the offer of overtime on specialized equipment results in an employee being offered overtime out of order on the general overtime list, that employee will not be offered overtime again until the employee is reached in the next rotation. Compensatory Time - Employees will be allowed to choose compensatory time instead of overtime pay up to a maximum accumulation of eighty (80) hours. Compensatory time shall be earned on a time and one-half basis. Compensatory time will be requested and approved in the same manner as vacation leave.
Summer Hours means the time when the Highway Union Employees workweek consists of four (4) workdays consisting of Ten (10) hour each.

Saturdays and Sundays will be three hours minimum at double time. Call in rates after p.m. and before a.m. shall be a minimum of four hours at time and one-half.
