Use of a subcontractor. You may not use a subcontractor in developing, implementing, or providing your Application unless such subcontractor has agreed in writing to comply with terms at least as restrictive as the provisions of this Agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that any subcontractor you use in relation to the Podium API complies with the terms of this Agreement, and you will remain fully liable to Podium and Clients for any breach of this Agreement by your subcontractor. You will provide a complete list of your subcontractors upon request by Podium or Client(s), as applicable.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.
