Use of Allocated Capacities acquired through Daily Auctions. To use Allocated Capacity from daily auctions operates via the delivery of fixed schedules to APG and ELES for the following day, before weekends and before the public holidays for the following days until and including the next Working Day must be received by: - APG before 14:30 (CET); - ELES before 14:00 (CET). Modifications of schedules after this time are not possible. Use is generally based on the principle "use it or lose it". Reservation of capacities purchased in the course of daily auctions cannot be returned to TSO for resale purpose.

Use of Allocated Capacities acquired through Daily Auctions. To use Allocated Capacity from daily auctions operates via the delivery of fixed schedules to APG and ELES for the delivery day D must be received by: - APG in D-1 before 14:30 (CET); - ELES in D-1 before 14:30 (CET). Deadline for daily nominations is followed by the 15 minutes correction cycle phases where the ITRs may send corrected nominations in case of mismatched time series or time series with exceeded capacity rights. Already matched time series cannot be changed. The correction cycle ends with the cut off time (COT) on D-1 at 15:30 (CET). During correction cycle a new matching process between the TSOs will be started every 15 minutes until COT. As a result of every matching process traders will be informed about confirmation and errors of nominated schedules by a CNF and ANO- reports. If the nominations do not match at COT the nominations are modified in accordance with the following principles and in the following order:
