Matching Process definition

Matching Process means the process of comparing and aligning Processed Quantities of Natural Gas for Network Users at both sides of a specific Interconnection Point and other relevant Connection Points, which results in Confirmed Quantities for the Network Users.

Matching Process means the process of comparing nominations and renominations submitted by SHIPPERS at both sides of the VIP Brandov-GASPOOL, which results in Matched Daily Quantity for the respective Shipper Code Pairs.

Matching Process is the process of comparing and aligning the Processed Quantities of Gas for Shippers at both sides of the Entry Point, which results in Confirmed Quantities for the Shippers in accordance with Article 3.

• In respect of a Physical Delivery Contract which is Physically Settled Metal Futures Contract, any outstanding open position in the relevant spot month Physically Settled Metal Futures Contract held by any HKCC Participant will be included in the Matching Process pursuant to section 2A.3.2.1(c) of the Clearing House Procedures.

• With respect to each transaction to which a Buyer and Seller are matched pursuant to Clause 3.6 (Matching Process), a Sales and Purchase Contract shall be deemed to have arisen between such Buyer and Seller which is collateral to a Contract, governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law and subject to the Rules.
