Use of Allocated Capacity. General grid access for the use of Allocated Capacity is not covered by the scope of the Auction Rules unless otherwise stipulated in the following provisions. ELES and APG carry out the transmission services in compliance with the legal requirements of grid access in each control area, possible electricity import bans and applicable rules of ELES and APG. The use of reserved transmission capacities is done via the delivery of fixed schedules to APG and ELES in compliance with the legal requirements of grid access in each control area, possible electricity import bans and applicable market rules of APG and ELES. The conditions for the general grid access for the use of Allocated Capacity in both control areas of ELES and APG can be fulfilled also by two (2) Auction Participants and/or holders of reserved capacity, each of both is correctly registered/identified only at one side of the Interconnection in compliance with the legal requirements of grid access in each control area, possible electricity import bans and applicable market rules of APG and ELES.

Use of Allocated Capacity. Host shall provide Guest the Allocated Capacity to transmit the Guest Program Stream(s) and any Other Data provided by Guest on the Host Channel in equal proportion to that allocated to each Third-Party Guest Program Stream and Host Program Stream. To the extent feasible, supported by the Host station equipment, and consistent with FCC regulations and Host station’s FCC license obligations, Guest will be permitted to monitor and/or directly control its Allocated Capacity. Upon mutual agreement among all guests and Host, Host may allow another in-Market television broadcast station to become a guest with a concomitant effect on the Allocated Capacity assigned to each guest and Host, respectively.
Use of Allocated Capacity. 4.6.1 General grid access for the use of allocated (purchased) capacity is not covered by the scope of the Rules unless otherwise stipulated in the following provisions. 4.6.2 TRANSELECTRICA and EMS will carry out the transmission services according to the respective auction results in compliance with the legal requirements of grid access in each control area, and applicable market rules of EMS and TRANSELECTRICA. 4.6.3 Upon allocation of capacity in the course of an auction, EMS and TRANSELECTRICA commit themselves to ensure that the allocated capacity is operationally feasible for the Participant solely at the Interconnection with the exception of emergency situations, including Force Majeure. 4.6.4 The use of allocated transmission capacities operates via the delivery of fixed and binding schedules to EMS and TRANSELECTRICA as well, in compliance with the legal requirements of grid access in each control area, and applicable market rules of EMS and also TRANSELECTRICA. The allocated capacities are used on the basis of the schedules disposal respecting the principle 1:1 (exclusive partnership). 4.6.5 The Participants deliver their fixed and binding schedules based on the allocated intraday capacity on both side of the border until the deadline of nomination according to the following deadlines described below: The time line (CET) for one intraday (ID) session is described in table below (H is the first hour of ID time interval): ID nominations entering H - 2:30 H - 1:30 BRPs Confirmation of final nominations H-1:30 H -1:00 TEL and EMS Both TSOs are responsible for the matching on Serbian – Romanian border of all intraday schedules and has the eventual possibility of applying agreed rules to resolve possible issues regarding the allocated intraday capacity. The BRPs will be informed by Confirmation Report (CNF) about the matched nominations by H – 1:00. The type of CNF used depends on local market rules. ESS format is used for CNF. 4.6.6 The use of allocated capacity is based on the principle "use it or lose it". This means that allocated capacity which is not used by fixed schedules at the time will fall back to EMS and TRANSELECTRICA. 4.6.7 In case the Participants (from the respective pair 1:1 - exclusive partnership) deliver the incompatible schedules of transmission, on the closing time for the intraday nominations entering, the schedules will be reduced or refused. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non-discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.1.3.3 In the event that <<customer_name>> orders local circuit switching for a single end user account name at a single physical end user location with four (4) or more 2-wire voice-grade loops from a BellSouth central office in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge <<customer_name>> the market based rate in Exhibit C for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities. 4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by <<customer_name>>. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process. 4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for <<customer_name>>’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by <<customer_name>>. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers. 4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support. 4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities. 4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a <<customer_name>> branded service.
