Use of Casuals. β€Œ (a) A casual employee is one who is employed for relief purposes, and/or to cover temporary work load workload situations. . (b) Casual employees may perform work in more than one classification provided that they are qualified, and have been trained and approved. (c) Casual employees shall not be employed to work full shifts used in a way that would reduce the number of regular full-time or part shifts on a continuous or intermittent basispart-time positions.
