Use of Center. Institution’s student/s or employee/s (“Users”) will use Center facilities as described under this Agreement. Users will show current identification from their Institution.

Use of Center a. CITY hereby grants CONTRACTOR the revocable license to conduct the activities identified on EXHIBIT A at the FACILITY during the term of this AGREEMENT.

Use of Center. Host shall permit Guest to peaceably and quietly enjoy the use of the Center herein above specifically described for the purpose and for the term aforesaid, including corridors necessary to accommodate patrons, and Center restroom conveniences.

Related to Use of Center

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx'x office, as provided by Canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the Xxxxxx, Wardens and Vestry.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.
