Use of Certificate. The private label relationship shall not result in UL Contracting Party issuing any certification apart from the certification for the Client’s product(s) that has received UL certification under these Service Terms for which private labeling is sought. The Private Label Client’s authorization to use a private label certificate may be withdrawn by UL Contracting Party if the File or the Client’s product is withdrawn or if the Client or Private Label Client violates any of the terms of the Service Agreement.
Use of Certificate. An obligation and warranty to use the Certificate solely in compliance with the TrustFactory CP and TrustFactory Client Issuing CA CPS, all applicable laws and solely in accordance with the Subscriber Agreement or Terms of Use;

Nothing in this certificate represents Xxxxxxxx’x interpretation of any laws, including specifically Sections 103 and 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the Treasury Regulations thereunder. Use of Certificate. The SUBSCRIBER shall ensure that it installs SSL server cer- tificates only on servers which are accessible under the desig- nation in the subjectAltName of the certificate. All certificates shall be used only pursuant to the applicable law and only in accordance with the SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT. The SUBSCRIBER shall use the key of the certificate only for the purpose for which the certificate is issued. In the case of key management on behalf of the SUB- XXXXXXX, it is highly recommended that the subject's key pair is used only for electronic signatures.

Under no circumstances must the Certificate be used for criminal activities such as phishing attacks, fraud, certifying or signing malware.
a) Only to sign code that complies with the requirements set forth in the latest version of the CA/Browser Forum Guidelines for the Issuance and Management of Extended Validation Code Signing Certificates;
b) Solely in compliance with all applicable laws;
c) Solely for authorized company business; and
d) Solely in accordance with this Agreement. If GlobalSign becomes aware (by whatever means) that it has signed code that contains malicious software or a serious vulnerability, the Signing Authority must immediately inform GlobalSign.

The undersigned understands that the foregoing information will be relied upon by the District with respect to certain of the representations set forth in the Tax Certificate of the District dated _ , 2020, and with respect to compliance with the federal income tax rules affecting the Bonds, and by Bond Counsel, in connection with rendering its opinion that the interest on the Bonds is excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes, the preparation of the Internal Revenue Service Form 8038-G, and other federal income tax advice that Bond Counsel may give to the District from time to time relating to the Bonds.
