Reporting and Revocation. The Subscriber undertakes to promptly cease using a GlobalSign PersonalSign certificate and its associated private key, and promptly request GlobalSign to revoke the GlobalSign PersonalSign certificate, in the event that:  There has been loss, theft, modification, unauthorised disclosure, or other compromise of the private key of the certificate’s subject.  The Subscriber indicates that the original PersonalSign Certificate Request was not authorized and does not retroactively grant authorization;  The certificate’s subject or their appointed subscriber has breached a material obligation of the CPS.  The performance of a person’s obligations under the CPS is delayed or prevented by a natural disaster, computer or communications failure, or other cause beyond the person's reasonable control, and as a result, another person’s information is materially threatened or compromised.  There has been a modification of the information contained in the certificate of the certificate’s subject.  This Subscriber Agreement has been terminated,  The affiliation between an Enterprise Customer with a Subscriber is terminated or has otherwise ended,  The information within the Certificate, other than non - verified Subscriber Information, is incorrect or has changed.

Reporting and Revocation. An obligation and warranty to: (a) promptly request revocation of the Certificate, and cease using it and its associated Private Key, if there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Subscriber’s Private Key associated with the Public Key included in the Certificate; (b) promptly request revocation of the Certificate, and cease using it, if any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, and (c) promptly notify TrustFactory of any a breach of this agreement.

The subscriber shall promptly cease all use of the Private Key corresponding to the Public Key listed in a GlobalSign DomainSSL certificate upon expiration or revocation of that GlobalSign DomainSSL certificate.

If the Certificate is hosted by GlobalSign, Subscriber should promptly request that GlobalSign revoke the Certificate if the Subscriber believes that (a) any information in the Certificate is, or becomes, incorrect or inaccurate, (b) the Private Key associated with the Public Key contained in the Certificate was misused or compromised, or (c) in the case of a Code Signing Certificate, there is evidence that the Certificate was used to sign Suspect Code.

If Company discovers or has reason to believe that there has been a compromise of the private key or misuse of a Certificate, Subscriber must respond to Company’s instructions within the time specified by Company. Company retains the right to revoke a Certificate at any time without notice if: (i) Company discovers that the information within the Certificate is no longer valid; (ii) Subscriber violates or fails to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement or the seal license agreement; or (iii) Company determines in its sole discretion that the continued use of the Certificate may compromise the security or integrity of the PKI or the Company. Company may also revoke a Certificate for non-payment.
Reporting and Revocation. If you discover or have reason to believe there has been a compromise of your private key, or the information within your Certificate is, or has become, incorrect or inaccurate, or if your organization name registration has changed, you must immediately cease using the Certificate and its associated private key, and you must promptly request COMPANY to revoke the Certificate. If COMPANY discovers or has reason to believe that there has been a compromise of your private key or misuse of your Certificate, you must respond to COMPANY's instructions within the time specified by COMPANY. COMPANY retains the right to revoke your Certificate at any time without notice if: (i) COMPANY discovers that the information within your Certificate is no longer valid; (ii) you violate or fail to perform your obligations under the terms of this Agreement; or (iii) COMPANY determines in its sole discretion that the continued use of your Certificate may compromise the security or integrity of the PKI or the COMPANY. COMPANY may also revoke your Certificate for non-payment. In an emergency certificate revocation situation the procedure is carried out by calling the emergency certificate revocation line at +00 0000000000.

Subscriber is hereby informed, and acknowledges understanding, of the reasons for revoking a Certificate, including those stated in section 4.9 of the Telia CA Server Certificate CPS, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement.

TrustCor CA retains the right to revoke a Certificate at any time, without notice, if TrustCor CA discovers or has reason to believe that: (i) Subscriber requests the Certificate to be revoked; (ii) Subscriber did not authorize the Certificate Request and has not retroactively granted authorization; (iii) the information within a Certificate is no longer valid, inaccurate or misleading. Note that TrustCor CA has no responsibility to monitor for accuracy of the Certificate data post-release of the Certificate; (iv) Subscriber violates or fails to perform obligations under the terms of this Agreement or the policies set out in the CPS; (v) TrustCor CA determines in its sole discretion that the continued use of a Certificate may compromise the security or integrity of the PKI or TrustCor CA. (vi) the Certificate was not issued or used in accordance with the CPS or industry standards; (vii) there has been a compromise of the Private Key corresponding to the Certificate, if there is misuse of the Certificate or if the issuance of the Certificate no longer complies with industry standards; (viii) the Subscriber is added as a denied party or prohibited person to a blacklist, or is operating from a prohibited destination.
