Common use of USE OF CITY FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. Union may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) for the facility.

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. The Union may shall be permitted to use City facilities, on facilities with the prior approval, approval of Management for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that meetings, if such facilities can be made availableavailable without disrupting the normal operations of the departments, offices, or bureaus affected. The Union will pay such usual and to customary fee(s) and/or other charges as are required by the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operationsCity. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or Such charges normally cover rentals, special set-upups cleanups, security, and/or cleanup service, Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) for the facilityand security services.

If It is mutually understood that the use of a facility requires may require a fee for rental or and/or special set-upservices, security, and/or cleanup service, in which case the Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) be responsible for the facilitypaying said fee.
