Common use of USE OF CITY FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. A. The Union may, with the prior approval of the Management Team, be granted the use of City meeting room facilities during non-work hours for meetings of City employees provided space is available, and provided further, such meetings are not intended for organizational activities or membership drives of City employees.

Requests for use of facilities not available to the public generally shall be in writing from a Union officer, stating the purpose or purposes of the meeting, and provided furthershall be approved by the City Manager, such or his/her designee. Such meetings are shall not intended be permitted for organizational Union organizing activities or membership drives of City employees.
