Certification Regarding Use of State Funds If Party is an employer and this Agreement is a State-funded grant in excess of $1,001, Party certifies that none of these State funds will be used to interfere with or restrain the exercise of Party’s employee’s rights with respect to unionization.
Distribution of Literature FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.
Use of PTO 10.5.1 PTO may be used as soon as it is earned, up to the amount accrued in the pay period immediately preceding the time off, in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
