Use of Company Facilities for Union Business. The Company agrees that the Union may utilize its facilities, subject to the requirements of the Company, and with the understanding that employees will not attend union meetings during their normal working hours. The Company agrees to provide bulletin boards, or space on bulletin boards, in each of its regular workplaces for the posting of information related to the Union’s activities. The Company e-mail may also be used for the same purpose. The Company agrees to provide the Union with a secure office space in a mutually agreed to workplace.
