NOUNS AND PRONOUNS Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural and vice-versa.
No Rule of Construction All of the parties hereto have been represented by counsel in the negotiations and preparation of this Agreement; therefore, this Agreement will be deemed to be drafted by each of the parties hereto, and no rule of construction will be invoked respecting the authorship of this Agreement.
Headings; Construction The headings of the sections of this Note are inserted for convenience only and shall not be deemed to constitute a part hereof. Words used herein of any gender shall be construed to include any other gender where appropriate, and words used herein that are either singular or plural shall be construed to include the other where appropriate.
