Regular Teacher definition

Regular Teacher means a teacher or certified clinician who is employed by a school division or district, or First Nation or First Nation Education Authority where the Society or its Local is the bargaining agent as recognized in these Bylaws, on a permanent or term contract, whether full-time or part-time, but does not include a Substitute Teacher;
Regular Teacher means a Teacher employed by the Board and covered under the Regular TeachersCollective Agreement.
Regular Teacher means a Teacher who is employed on a continuing basis and is paid by the hour in accordance with the number of hours they are assigned at any given time.

Regular Teacher means a teacher in the bargaining unit who has regularly assigned Teaching Periods and is paid via timesheet.
