Use Of Family Care And Medical Leave Entitlement. a. If an employee eligible for a Family Care/Medical Leave takes a leave for her/his own serious health condition, (as defined in Section B.1.d. below), the absence from work shall be deducted from the employee's Family Care/Medical Leave entitlement.
