Use of Feedback. You agree that Forecast5 may use your feedback, suggestions, or ideas in any way, including in future modifications of the Services, other products or services, advertising or marketing materials. You grant Forecast5 a perpetual, worldwide, fully transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, fully paid-up, royalty free license to use the feedback you provide to Forecast5 in any way.
Use of Feedback. Customer grants to PowerSchool a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into PowerSchool Product(s) and Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction, or other feedback provided by Customer or User(s).
Use of Feedback. If you provide us with reports, comments, suggestions, ideas or other feedback regarding the Products or our business, whether written or oral (collectively “Feedback”), either directly or through any third party, you do so without any expectation of compensation. You hereby grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-‐free right and license to use the Feedback to improve the Products and for any other purpose, including in all media now known and later developed. Feedback is strictly voluntary and we are not required to hold it in confidence.
Use of Feedback. Any suggestions, feedback, or other information from the receiving party concerning Confidential Information of the disclosing party are and shall be entirely voluntary on the receiving party’s part, whether such suggestions, feedback or other information was solicited by the disclosing party or not, and shall not create any obligations on the part of the disclosing party. The disclosing party shall be free to disclose and use such suggestions, feedback, and other information of the receiving party as the disclosing party sees fit, entirely and without obligation of any kind to the receiving party.
Use of Feedback. Customer grants to Good-Lite a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into Good-Lite Product(s) and Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users.
Use of Feedback. Customer hereby assigns to PeerAssist all right, title, and interest, including intellectual property, in any new feature request, improvement, enhancement request, recommendation, suggestion, correction, idea, or other feedback that Customer may provide to PeerAssist relating to the Services (“Feedback”). Customer agrees that PeerAssist is free to use intellectual property contained within the Feedback for any purpose and without compensation to Customer.
Use of Feedback. Customer may choose to provide to Philips comments or ideas about the Services, including without limitation about how to improve the Services or Philips products (“Feedback”). By submitting any Feedback, Customer agrees that its disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction and will not place Philips under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that Philips is free to use the Feedback without any additional compensation to Customer, and/or to disclose the Feedback on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.
Use of Feedback. Facility agrees that the Company shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose, and otherwise exploit any and all Feedback provided pursuant to Section 5.6 or otherwise, without compensation or attribution to Facility.
Use of Feedback. If Company or Users provide Seagate with any suggestions or other feedback relating to Services, then Seagate will have the right to use Company’s and Users’ suggestions and feedback in any activities related to the Services, including use, reproduce, make derivative works of, perform, display, distribute, import, export, make, have made, and otherwise practice the suggestions and feedback.
Use of Feedback. If Licensee provides comments, feedback, test results, or evaluation results; or provides oral or written observations or suggestions related to the Software or potential improvements (collectively, the “Feedback”), Licensee shall retain title to the Feedback but agrees to xxxxx XXX Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted, and worldwide license and permission to use, copy, sell, distribute, and make derivative works based upon the Feedback in any manner SAI Global determines, including in the development, manufacture, marketing, and maintenance of products and services, without further obligation to Licensee. At the conclusion of the License Period, Licensee may provide SAI Global with a statement for use on SAI Global’s website together with posting its review of the Software on xxx.x0.xxx. Additionally, Licensee may provide the contact information for a Licensee employee to serve as a reference for SAI Global customers and prospects regarding the Software.
