Use of Gender Sample Clauses

Use of Gender. Wherever the masculine gender is used in this Collective Agreement, the same shall be construed as meaning the feminine unless otherwise specifically stated.

Use of Gender. This Agreement shall be construed as referring to the masculine or feminine gender or the singular or plural pronoun as the context may require.

Use of Gender. As used in this Agreement, the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender, or the singular or plural number, shall each be considered to include the others whenever the context so indicates.

Use of Gender. The use of the masculine or feminine gender in this Agreement shall be construed as including both genders and not a sex limitation unless the Agreement clearly provides otherwise.

All such amendments shall be by agreement between the parties during the drafting of the new Collective Agreement.
