Expansion of Hours. Expansion of hours shall not be permitted on a continuing basis without the agreement of the Employer and the Union.
Expansion of Hours. Caretakers & Cleaners Employees who work less than the full-time hours prescribed in Schedule “B” entitled “Caretakers and Cleaners” and Article 11.03 d) i) entitled “Caretakers - Scheduling - Hours of Work” may have their hours expanded to those prescribed in Schedule “B” entitled “Caretakers and Cleaners” without entitlement to overtime rates. The Director of Education or designate, shall authorize such expanded hours in advance.
