Use of Licensee’s Name. Licensee hereby authorizes SUN to use Licensee's name in advertising, marketing, collateral, customer tests and customer success stories prepared by or on behalf of SUN for the Technology, provided that Licensee will have the right to approve the use of its name, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Use of Licensee’s Name. The CBOT shall not use Licensee’s name for marketing or promotional purposes or other than as necessary in the ordinary course of business.
Use of Licensee’s Name. 21.1 The Licensee authorizes Statistics Canada to use, for the duration of this licence, its name in any promotional material which may be developed for the Package, provided that Statistics Canada has furnished the Licensee a copy of the material thirty (30) days prior to such use and has secured the licensee’s written approval. Use of Licensee’s Name. Licensee grants Licensors permission to use Licensee’s business name on Licensors’ web sites, in publications referencing the blade system, and in press releases to indicate that Licensee is an implementer of the Licensors’ blade technology.
Use of Licensee’s Name. With the exception of the FCC Long Term Lease Application, Clearwire will not use the name of Licensee, [***], or their Affiliates in any materials that are available to the public without Licensee's prior written permission, which written permission may be withheld or granted in Licensee's sole discretion.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the right of LICENSEE to use its own name on or in connection with the LICENSED PRODUCTS so as to accurately identify itself as the manufacturer of the LICENSED PRODUCTS, including but not limited to the phrase “MADE BY TITAN” or “MANUFACTURED BY TITAN TIRE CORPORATION” or other such accurate description of source.

Use of Licensee’s Name. Neither Party shall issue any press release or other public statement regarding the subject matter hereof or otherwise use the other Party's names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade dress unless the other Party has previously approved it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may make such disclosure as may be required by applicable law.
Use of Licensee’s Name. By entering into this Agreement, the Licensee consents to the Licensor for the use of the Licensee’s name and a factual description of the License and Services performed by the Licensor on the Licensor’s website and in its advertising and promotional materials. Such detail will be agreed in writing with the Licensee before being published on any website.
Use of Licensee’s Name. Licensor shall be entitled to use Licensee's name in a client list at Licensor's discretion.
