Lease Application. Each prospective Tenant must complete and sign a written application for Lease containing personal information, previous residences and Landlords for several years, information on employment, income, assets and credit, proposed occupants (including ages) and pets and references as called for in the Lease Application, and containing such other information and statements as called for in the Lease Application as will enable Manager to screen the prospective Tenant or as is otherwise proper and advisable for the management of the CROWN Project in accordance with professional standards and governmental regulations.
Lease Application. In order to complete the FCC lease application, Customer will promptly:
i. Complete and sign the representations in Part 1 of this Agreement such that Customer demonstrates it qualifies for a spectrum lease under FCC rules. Customer’s signature will indicate that Customer authorizes Sensus to; (1) obtain an FRN on behalf of Customer; (2) submit the FCC Form 602 Ownership Disclosure Information on behalf of Customer if Customer has not already done so; and (3) file the spectrum manager lease notification on FCC Form 608 with the Customer as spectrum lessee.
ii. Give Sensus the coordinates of the boundaries of Customer’s Service Territory or, alternatively, approve Sensus’ estimation of the same.
iii. If Customer has not already done so; Customer hereby authorizes Sensus to apply on Customer’s behalf and obtain for Customer a Federal Registration Number (FRN, the FCC’s unique identifier for each licensee) and shall supply Sensus with Customer’s Taxpayer Identification Number (“TIN”).
iv. Provide any other information or other cooperation reasonably necessary for the Parties to perform as set forth herein.
Lease Application. If Tenant has executed an Application for Lease form prior to or concurrently with this Lease, the information, statements and representations given and made by Tenant in such application are hereby incorporated by this reference. The execution of this Lease by Landlord is acknowledged by Tenant to have been induced by the information, statements and representations set forth in such application. If any information, statement or representation contained in such Application is or proves to be false or untrue, it shall be considered a breach of this Lease and shall permit Landlord to terminate Tenant’s right to possession of the Leased Premises.
Lease Application. The applicants for this lease and all representations contained therein are hereby made part of this Agreement. Tenant warrants that all information given by Tenant in the Lease Application is true. If such information is found to be false, misleading or incorrect, Landlord may at Landlord option, terminate this Agreement by giving the Tenant not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice.
Lease Application. Lessee represents that all of the information provided to lessor on any lease application of other document(s) provided to Lessor prior to execution of this lease agreement, was accurate at the time provided and is accurate and truthful on the date of signing this lease. Providing false or incorrect information shall constitute a default of this lease which shall entitle the lessor to pursue any and all remedies available to Lessor under this lease or pursuant to law, including termination of this lease. Waiver or modification. One or more waivers of an convenant, condition or rule by Lessor shall not be construed as a waiver of any further or subsequent breach of the same.
Lease Application. 3.1. Prior to the submission of the Lease application, the Lessee may get familiar with the Standard European Consumer Credit Information.
3.2. For the submission of the Lease application and the conclusion of the Agreement, the Lessee shall comply with and the Lessee acknowledges that he or she will comply with the following criteria over the entire validity period of the Agreement:
3.2.1. The Lessee is a natural person;
3.2.2. The Lessee is of the age between 18 and 75;
3.2.3. The Lessee’s permanent declared residence is in the Republic of Latvia;
3.2.4. The Lessee is the Beneficial owner;
3.2.5. At the moment of submitting the Application and concluding the Agreement, the Lessee is capacitated and not under the influence of alcoholic, narcotic, psychotropic, toxic or any other intoxicating agents.
Lease Application. An application under the Land Act for a lease substantially in the form of Schedule “G” of each parcel of land outlined in, blue on Schedule “F” hereto and within which Fortress is to construct improvements which, in accordance with the Mountain Development Plan, will be a building (other than a Lift Terminal Facility), parking area, water system, septic tank or water disposal system.
Lease Application. Immediately following the Due Diligence Period under paragraph 9.1, BUYER agrees to diligently file a complete and accurate written application with Landlord per Landlord's requirements. XXXXX agrees to pay to Landlord any reasonable application or similar fees for Landlord's costs of preparation and delivery of such assignment or new Lease.
Lease Application. The Tenant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Lease Application which is deemed to be incorporated herein and to form part of this Lease. The Tenant warrants the truth of all facts contained therein, and agrees that any fraudulent misstatement or omission in the said Lease Application constitutes a material and fraudulent misrepresentation rendering this Lease voidable at the option of the Landlord.
Lease Application. Prior to signing of this Lease by Resident and Landlord, Resident signed a Lease Application, in which Resident made several representations to Landlord. Resident understands that Landlord has relied on those representations, and that if any representations are discovered to be false or incorrect, Landlord has the option to declare Resident in breach of this Lease. Landlord is any equal opportunity housing provider and complies with all federal, state and local fair housing laws and regulations. Until Landlord has executed this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to refuse to lease the Premises to Resident for any reason whatsoever; provided, however, such refusal shall not be made in violation of any federal, state or local fair housing laws. In the event of a refused application, Resident shall be refunded, if applicable, any prepaid Rent.
