Use of Mailboxes, Inter-School Mail, and Bulletin Board. The use of employee mailboxes, inter-school mail and a separate portion of the bulletin board in the teachers' lounge of each school building shall be available for the purpose of internal Association communications. All mailbox communications shall be identified as Association materials and initialed by the authorizing official of the Association with a copy to the Superintendent or designee except in cases where such communications are individually addressed to such employees. In the event an item of information is posted on the bulletin board which the aforementioned administrator deems to be inappropriate based on a standard of reasonable judgment, he/she shall afford the Association president an opportunity to remove such an item before the administrator does so.
