EMPLOYEE MAILBOXES. Each employee shall be provided a mailbox to which the Association shall have reasonable access.
EMPLOYEE MAILBOXES. Each Employee shall be provided with a school mailbox for the purpose of receiving official work- related notices and correspondence as well as Association correspondence and information. All mailboxes will be placed in a centralized location within each attendance center, if practical. Mailboxes for Bus Drivers shall be located at the bus garage.
EMPLOYEE MAILBOXES. The Union shall have reasonable access to all employee mailboxes for the purpose of communicating official Union business and information (on UEMSW letterhead or an official UEMSW publication). The Employer shall receive a copy of all material meant for general distribution at the time of distribution. The Union will not hold the Employer responsible for Union mail placed in mailboxes. Nothing in this provision shall impose an obligation on the Employer to provide, install, or maintain employee mailboxes.
EMPLOYEE MAILBOXES. The Union shall have reasonable access to employee mailboxes for the purpose of communicating official Union business and information provided, however, that materials and information placed in mailboxes shall be subject to the same restrictions as bulletin boards. Employer shall have no obligation to provide mailboxes for employees nor be responsible for any materials placed in mailboxes.

The Association will not hold the District responsible for Association mail placed in mailboxes. Nothing in this provision shall impose an obligation on the Employer to provide, install, or maintain employee mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to use the District’s electronic mail system for union related communications including, but not limited to, communications related to collective bargaining, grievance or other dispute investigations, and general governance and communication regarding the Association; as long as such communications are labeled as Association materials. In compliance with Oregon law, the Association agrees not to use District mail boxes or e- mail systems for any political campaign purposes, including providing material for or against particular candidates, initiatives or measures, or in any way otherwise prohibited by law.
