Use of School Facilities and Equipment. The BTU-ESP and its representatives may, upon approval of the principal, have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including computers, copiers, other duplicating and photocopying equipment, calculating and computing machines, and audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The BTU-ESP shall, upon request by the principal, pay for the reasonable cost for such use and for all materials and supplies incidental to such use. Whenever possible, employees shall have the right to access CAB e-mail from designated computers at the work location with the understanding that student contact time shall not be interrupted. The Principal/Designee shall designate which computers are allowed for employee use. If more employees exist than computers for designated use, the Principal/Designee may rotate employee use on such equipment on a basis that provides equal time among all affected employees.
Use of School Facilities and Equipment. 1. The Union shall have the right to hold its membership meetings outside the normal employee workday on school property provided the Union completes the appropriate paperwork/process for reserving the room.
Use of School Facilities and Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school equipment, in accordance with board policy, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, and to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. The local association shall pay for any materials and school supplies used. Use of school facilities must be reserved through the normal building scheduling process. Such facilities shall not be used for political campaign purposes or other local ballot issues. Designated bulletin boards, telephones, and employee mailboxes shall be available for the Association’s use for the posting or placement of materials relating to official business of the Association by the Association.

The Union shall have the right to conduct Union business on school district property, and shall be permitted to utilize school district facilities and equipment for meetings and other Union activities. The Union shall reimburse the school district for the cost of any materials used or expenses incurred by it.
Use of School Facilities and Equipment. The exclusive representative shall have the privilege of use of school equipment and space, subject to the provisions of current school district policy. The exclusive representative agrees to pay for replacement of any materials and supplies incident to its use.
Use of School Facilities and Equipment. The XXXX is guaranteed the right to hold meetings in school facilities and to use school mailboxes for distribution of Association materials. A courtesy copy of distributions to the general membership shall be provided to the building principal. The Superintendent shall be notified of all XXXX general meetings held on school premises as much in advance as possible. XXXX shall be allowed use of school equipment at all reasonable times when such items are not otherwise in school use in accordance with Board policy.

The Association may use the in-school mail to distribute Association correspondence to employees and, upon approval of the Principal, building classrooms for Association meetings. The School District’s computers, fax machines and other equipment shall not be used for Association business. Photocopiers may be used by the Association but the Association will provide its own paper.

The Association and/or its representatives may use school buildings and equipment at reasonable hours, without cost, provided such use does not interfere with normal operation of the schools. The regular application procedure for use of buildings and equipment shall be followed. When additional costs, including special custodial services, are incurred, the Board shall charge the Association in accordance with applicable Board policy.

The Association may have the right to use school faculty rooms and cafeteria, without charge, for professional meetings during those times when the building is regularly covered by the custodial staff. Room clearance shall be made with the administrator appointed by the Board for this responsibility and such meetings shall not interfere with regularly scheduled school activities or employee responsibilities. Association meetings shall be scheduled to occur after duty hours and the Board shall respect the scheduled meetings, which have been properly cleared with the administrator appointed by the Board for this responsibility. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use and prior approval has been granted by the administrative unit principal. The Association shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and consistent with the Board of Education policies.

The local Union may, upon written request, use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, mimeographing machines, other duplication equipment, calculating machines, and audio-visual equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, to conduct Union business. The District reserves the right to charge fees consistent with established District rate structures.
