Use of Paid Vacation. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned. a. Twelve (12) month employees may use their current year vacation allowance at any time during the year subject to approval by the employee's management supervisor. b. Less than twelve (12) month employees shall have their annual vacation allowance added to their annual salary and be paid for it in equal monthly installments.
