Use of Personal Vehicle on Employer’s Business. Where the use of an employee’s vehicle for Employer business is not normally required as part of their duties, the use of the employee’s vehicle for Employer business is strictly voluntary. Should use of an employee’s personal vehicle be required in the performance of her duties, the Employer agrees to pay fifty cents (50¢) per kilometer.
