Use of Purchasing Card. Employees shall use their city-issued purchasing card to pay for approved travel expenses including registration, lodging, air fare, fuel for rental or city-owned vehicles, and authorized meals. Itemized receipts accounting for all purchasing card transactions shall be submitted in a timely manner. The purchasing card is not to be used for fuel for personal vehicles.
