USE OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES. The Association, or any committee thereof, shall have the right to use school buildings and facilities without charge for professional meetings at times when a custodian is normally on duty. At other times, the Association may use the buildings according to regulations established by the Board, with no rental charge except reimbursement to the Board for custodial wages.
