Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including computer hardware, peripherals, software, duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Use The Association shall furnish materials and supplies incidental to such use, and pay reasonable costs for repair necessitated as a result of school equipment to be used without charge and within reasonsuch use.

Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school such facilities and equipmentequipment as are normally located for teacher use within the school, including computer hardware, peripherals, software, duplicating equipment, calculating machines as well as school audio-visual equipment and all types of audiovisual equipment the district’s communication facilities and school mail boxes for routine purposes at reasonable times, when provided that such equipment is use does not otherwise in useinterfere with the teaching of pupils or interrupt normal school activities and operations.
