Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

The Association shall reimburse the Board for the cost of all materials used.

The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use.

The Association shall have the right access to use school facilities and equipmentequipment to include: typewriters, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, with approval of the Principal. Any cost of materials shall be borne by the Association.

The Association shall furnish materials and supplies incidental to such use, and pay reasonable costs for repair necessitated as a result of such use.
