Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school district equipment, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association or member shall pay for all materials incidental to such use at school district cost.

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using right to use school district equipmentfacilities and equipment that is normally available for staff use, when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator. The cost of supplies, materials, and repairs necessitated by Association or member use shall pay for all materials incidental be paid by the Association. Use of school equipment shall be limited to such employees’ non-duty time and shall be governed by normal staff use at school district costprocedures.

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school district equipment, permission to use District office equipment and video equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent . Any supplies consumed or repairs required by this use shall be paid by the Association. No equipment shall be removed from its regular place without permission of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association or member shall pay for all materials incidental to such use at school district costprincipal.

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using right to use school district facilities and equipment, including computers, telephones, fax machines, copy machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, scheduling such use with the principal of the school when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association or member shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use at school district costuse, and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof.

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school access to use district equipment, such as typewriters, copy equipment, duplication equipment, calculating machines, computers, and audio-visual equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent . Use of such equipment shall be subject to the approval of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association or member shall pay for all materials incidental to not use the equipment when such use would interfere with the District needs or involved with political purposes. The Association shall reimburse the District for the cost of materials used, and for any repairs required or any damages resulting from Association use (at school district costthe rate the District would charge for patron use).

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using designated school district equipment, when equipment provided that such equipment does not interfere with the educational program or process and responsibility for damage is not otherwise in use, upon consent of accepted by the building principal or other designated administratorAssociation. Use of School Equipment. The Any Association and its members member conducting Association business shall have the privilege of using right to use equipment in the school district equipment, buildings at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, upon consent . The principal will approve the use of the building principal or other designated administratorschool-owned equipment. The Association or member shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use at school district costand for repairs necessitated as the result of Association neglect or misuse.

Use of School Equipment. The Association and its members shall will have the privilege of using right to use school district equipment, facilities when such not in session and equipment is not otherwise in use and be responsible for said equipment when in their use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator. The Association and its members shall have will be granted the privilege of using school district the business machines of the District, upon notification in advance to the building principal or his/her designee to use such equipment, when such equipment is if not otherwise in use, upon consent of the building principal or other designated administrator.
